President & Chief Executive Officer
Bruno Raschio is a senior business professional with over 15 years of executive operating experience in the Finance industry. He is the President for East Harbor, a family-owned, Miami based company. East Harbor has historically been profitable every year and is a growing company in the leasing and lending industry. Under Bruno’s leadership, East Harbor has seen remarkable growth and transformation. Clients of the company include contractors, high net worth individuals, and chartering companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International university. His hobbies consist of boating, travel, and family time

Franco Raschio
Chief Operating Officer
​Franco Raschio has been instrumental in company operations for 12 years, leading key departments with exceptional management. He oversees Accounts Receivable, handling over $1.4 million in monthly collections, and supervises insurance verification, recovering 300 units valued at $15 million. His expertise has optimized processes and boosted efficiency, driving the company’s growth. Outside of work, Franco is a former motocross competitor and enjoys time with his wife and daughter.

Director of Investor Relations
David has been in the financial industry since 2015. He’s originally from New York City and has lived in South Florida most of his life. He’s a graduate of Florida International University with Bachelor and Master of Finance degrees. His hobbies include Jiu-Jitsu, weightlifting, and playing piano. David’s roles pertain to raising capital from investors and banks, as well as managing the East Harbor office.

With a solid background in lending, Angelica brings valuable experience and a practical approach to her work, ensuring smooth deal execution and strong client relationships. She holds a B.A. in Economics, which complements her practical experience and international education, enhancing her contributions to East Harbor.
