Bruno Raschio is a senior business professional with over 15 years of executive operating experience in the finance industry. He is the President of East Harbor Financial, a Miami-based private credit firm managing over $60 million in assets. Under his leadership, the company has been profitable every year since 2018, funding real, marketable assets across real estate, equipment, and luxury markets.
Bruno works with contractors, high-net-worth individuals, and chartering companies, always focused on fueling America’s builders. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University.
He is the host of The Backbone of America podcast - spotlighting entrepreneurs and investors who drive American growth. The show explores how private credit, AI, and long-term strategy shape a stronger, freer, and richer nation.

For over a decade, Franco has driven our asset protection and recovery efforts. He oversees accounts receivable and heads our insurance verification and collateral protection teams, ensuring our assets stay secure and recovery processes run seamlessly. Outside the office, Franco channels his motocross racing energy and treasures time with his wife and daughter.
Rodolfo D. Leon
Chief Financial Officer
Rodolfo is a loan underwriter and investment analyst with over ten years of experience. He manages our financial operations—overseeing the accounting department, tax strategy, and financial reporting. He leads capital raising and financial product development, and advises on capital allocation with a disciplined, value-driven approach. He establishes underwriting guidelines, directs collateral-valuation processes, and structures transactions to optimize risk-adjusted returns. An expert in financial modeling, business valuation, debt restructuring, and strategic tax planning, Rodolfo delivers actionable analysis and reporting that support our lending and investment decisions.

Edwin Fernandez
Accountant
Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently completing his MBA in Accounting. He manages day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, monthly reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Edwin oversees accounts payable and receivable workflows, supports tax filings and compliance, and assists with budget tracking and variance analysis. Proficient in ERP systems and Excel, he brings an analytical eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring our financial records are reliable and timely. As he advances through his MBA, Edwin also contributes to process improvements and financial reporting enhancements, positioning him to grow into an increasingly strategic role within our organization.
